- The supreme court is not supposed to be republican or democrat. They are supposed to research to determine if the law falls within the constitution.

- The difference is that Arizona did not have a "Pattern of Discrimination" against blacks. Several of the southern States still have their voting districts and methods overseen by the DOJ because of past practices of discrimination.

- Absolutely not! I cannot blame incompetence on a cel phone. People are distracted by many things ranging from music to radio to children to personal problems to weather to vehicle problems and the list goes on.
